What you are telling us

The music you submit is your own work. You wrote it, you own it or control the rights to it, and nothing in it belongs to someone else. It is not wholly the product of an AI generator; tools may have helped, but a person made this music.

What you allow us to do

If a track of yours is accepted, you allow AGsoundtrax to host it, create watermarked demos of it, and license it to customers on your behalf. From time to time we may also feature your tracks in promotions, sales or discounts for clients; your share is always a share of what was actually paid. This is not an exclusive arrangement: your music stays yours, and you may keep selling it elsewhere.

Content ID

You allow AGsoundtrax to register and protect your tracks with content identification systems such as YouTube Content ID, and to clear the licensed uses of our customers. Tell us honestly whether your tracks already carry registrations of their own or sit on streaming platforms: undisclosed registrations break the promise customers pay for and are grounds for removing your catalogue.

Money

Revenue from licenses of your tracks is shared with you at the rate stated in your composer terms, currently fifty percent of each license, and payments are sent at the end of every month.

Your numbers

Your portal tracks the plays, demo downloads and licensed tracks of your catalogue, and the figures you see are the figures we see. Email notifications about your account can be managed from your dashboard.

The subscription plan

Joining the subscription pool is your choice, made from your dashboard, never automatic. Once you are in, clients may rely on your tracks being there, so leaving the pool is handled together with the team rather than by a switch, and follows the same seven-to-thirty-day window as a removal.

Leaving

You may request the removal of any of your tracks at any time from your portal. Removal from every surface can take from 7 to 30 days, and licenses already sold remain valid for their buyers.

Honesty both ways

We listen to everything submitted and answer every application. If we decline, we tell you why. If any statement you made here turns out to be untrue, we may remove your music and close your account.
